A popular national tea shop is bringing its collection of brewed teas and coffees to the I-35 corridor. Fans looking to get a huge tea for the drive home will have to wait until nearly 2025 for this spot to open.
HTeaO is adding a $1.2 million location in Kyle that is expected to be completed by December 1, 2024, according to a Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) filing. TDLR filings are subject to change without notice.
The construction was slated to begin on December 1 with a full-year build-out expected to be completed by next December, according to the TDLR filing. The scope of the work on the 2,249-square-foot facility includes a "Ground-up commercial building."
HTeaO has a new special tea flavor every month and over 26 flavors of tea to fill up. Customers can sample a tea before they buy a cup as well.
The new HTeaO will be at 2266 Kohlers Crossing, Lot 2, Kyle, TX 78640.
