One of Kyle's most anticipated breakfast spots is quickly approaching its opening date. Snooze, an A.M. Eatery, is putting its final touches on its new I-35 corridor location just in time to open next month.

The new restaurant is set to open on March 6, according to the City of Kyle Economic Development Center. Construction was predicted to be completed by February 23 by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. Snooze will be located at the Kyle Crossing at 5140 S. FM 1626, Suite 120, Kyle, TX 78640, and will feature an inviting atmosphere and outdoor patio.

As a go-to breakfast spot, Snooze has earned a reputation for its creative twists on breakfast classics. It offers a diverse menu featuring pancakes, French toast, omelets, tacos, burritos, and more. The restaurant is also welcoming to dietary restrictions, including those who are paleo, vegetarian, vegan, or gluten-free.

When it comes to drinks, the 3,790-square-foot location wants every morning to feel like a weekend combined with happy hour. Diners can choose from various beverages, from juice and coffee to bloody marys and mimosas. For a pick-me-up, the breakfast spot offers gourmet Guatemalan coffee, latte, espresso, or cold brew.

The Colorado-based chain is joining over a dozen other businesses set to open their doors this year. The latest location is just one of many serving diners across Central Texas, including Austin and San Antonio. The closest location to Kyle is at 1700 S. Lamar, Suite 301, Austin, TX 78704.
