Kyle residents have welcomed a new Texas Roadhouse, a restaurant known for its steaks and signature rolls served with honey cinnamon butter.
Following a ribbon-cutting ceremony with the Kyle Chamber of Commerce on Jan. 24, Kyle’s new Texas Roadhouse officially opened its doors on Jan. 27.
The overview
The restaurant hired more than 215 employees, according to a Jan. 22 news release.
The news release also stated that local firefighters, EMS personnel, police officers, and healthcare workers from Kyle and Buda were among the first to sample the restaurant’s meals.
During the pre-opening events, the restaurant raised funds for Hats Off For Veterans, a local nonprofit that provides higher education scholarships, professional development grants, and access to mental health counseling resources, according to its website.
