KYLE, TEXAS – Esteemed Austin-based restaurant chain, Z’Tejas, in collaboration with the City of Kyle Economic Development, is excited to announce the grand opening of its newest location in Kyle, Texas. This establishment will officially open its doors to the community on Tuesday, Oct. 24 starting at 4 p.m.
Z’Tejas, which originated on Austin’s historic 6th Street in 1989, has become a staple of Texas’ culinary scene. The brand is synonymous with exceptional dining experiences, offering elevated Tex-Mex cuisine with a Southern flair.
The Z’Tejas Kyle location is a significant addition, situated in the Dry River District alongside notable anchors like Costco, Evo Entertainment, and Home Depot. Spanning approximately 4,500 square feet with an additional 2,000 square foot wrap-around patio. It boasts a sleek, modern design featuring an open dining room and a central bar area. Notably, this is the first property Z’Tejas owns outright.

In December of 2021, Z’Tejas was the first-ever recipient of the City of Kyle’s Restaurant Incentive Program which aims to recruit unique, new “destination” restaurants to our borders.

For its grand opening, Z’Tejas will offer half-off tequila all day on Tuesday, Oct. 24. Dinner service will be the primary focus initially, with plans to introduce lunch and brunch services over subsequent weekends.
