A new 108-acre mixed-use commerce center, which includes investments from Hillwood Properties, a Fortune 500 company, will be coming to Kyle in the near future.
The new development will be located in Kyle on the west side of I-35 between Loop 4 and Kyle Crossing.
There were 238 cities across the nation looking to house Amazon, including Kyle. The shortlist not only gives the company a better look at the economic development and financial benefits of a smaller list, but also shows the serious prospects of the finalists, including Austin and its surrounding areas.

Thanks to new care guidelines, the pediatric emergency care of Dell Children’s Medical Center of Central Texas is now available for patients at Seton Medical Center Hays in Kyle.
According to a release, the care guidelines were developed in partnership with pediatric experts at Dell Children’s. When further advanced care is needed, doctors at Seton Hays will be able to use virtual care technology to link directly to Dell Children’s specialists.
